Plain English summary: TraderVoila provides free tools for tracking trades and modeling investments. We are not financial advisors. Nothing here is investment advice. Use the tools at your own risk, don't do anything illegal, and be reasonable. The full legal details follow.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using TraderVoila ("the Service"), including any tools, calculators, or trackers available at tradervoila.com and its subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your account.
2. Description of the Service
TraderVoila provides web-based tools designed to help retail traders and investors track and analyze their own trading activity. Current tools include a Wheel Options Tracker, a Spread Tracker, and a Compound Interest Calculator. Additional tools may be added over time.
The Service is provided for personal, educational, and informational purposes only. It is a record-keeping and calculation tool — not a brokerage, investment platform, financial advisor, or trading system.
3. Not financial advice
Important: Nothing on TraderVoila constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All content, tools, calculations, and data displayed are for informational and educational purposes only.
TraderVoila is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The tools provided do not account for your individual financial situation, risk tolerance, investment objectives, or tax circumstances. Past performance displayed in your trade log does not indicate or guarantee future results.
Before making any investment decision, you should consult with a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, or other appropriate professional. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service.
The Service is available only to users in jurisdictions where such use is legal. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of TraderVoila complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
5. User accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent security measures.
6. Your data
The trade data, notes, and other information you enter into TraderVoila is yours. We do not claim ownership of your trade data. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. TraderVoila displays calculations based on the information you provide — if you enter incorrect data, the results will be incorrect. We are not responsible for decisions made based on inaccurate data you have entered.
7. Data availability and loss
Please read this section carefully. It limits our liability in the event of data loss.
While we take reasonable precautions to maintain the availability and integrity of your data, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent data retention. Data loss may occur due to technical failures, security incidents, service outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TraderVoila shall not be liable for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of user data, regardless of cause. Loss of trade records, historical data, or account information — while unfortunate — shall not constitute "damages" under any legal theory, and TraderVoila expressly disclaims all liability for such loss.
We strongly recommend that Pro subscribers use the CSV export feature to maintain their own backups of trade data. Free users who wish to preserve their data should upgrade to Pro or manually record their trades elsewhere.
8. Pro subscriptions
TraderVoila offers an optional paid Pro subscription that unlocks additional features including full trade history access, CSV import and export, email expiration alerts, and priority support.
- Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
- Free tier on cancellation: If you cancel Pro, your account reverts to the free tier. Trade data older than the current and prior month will not be visible on the free tier but is not deleted. Resubscribing restores access to your full history.
- Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
- Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
- Use the Service to develop a competing product without our written permission
- Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Circumvent any security, authentication, or access control feature
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund.
10. Intellectual property
All content, design, code, branding, and tools on TraderVoila are the property of TraderVoila and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written permission.
The TraderVoila name, logo, and star mark are trademarks of TraderVoila. Use of our trademarks without permission is prohibited.
Your trade data remains your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over trade records, notes, or other content you enter into the Service.
11. Third-party services and links
TraderVoila may display links to third-party websites, broker affiliate partners, or external resources. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or services of any third party.
This site participates in affiliate programs. If you click an affiliate link and create an account with a third-party broker or service, we may receive a commission. This does not affect the price you pay. Affiliate relationships are disclosed where they appear.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TraderVoila expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, calculations, or information provided by the Service.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TraderVoila, its operators, affiliates, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, trading losses, investment losses, or any other intangible losses — even if TraderVoila has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
TraderVoila's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to TraderVoila in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TraderVoila and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at legal@tradervoila.com.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement. By using the Service, you waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
16. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property provisions) shall survive.
You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion via privacy@tradervoila.com.
17. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TraderVoila regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
