Your trades are always stored safely. On the free plan you can see the last 30 days of trades at any time. Older trades are stored but hidden until you upgrade. If you don't log in for 365 days your account may be removed — but as long as you use the app, nothing is ever deleted.
Yes — it's a web app that works in any modern browser on any device. On iPhone, open it in Safari and tap "Add to Home Screen" for a full app-like experience with no App Store required. Android users can do the same in Chrome.
Not for long. The Wheel Tracker is live now, and the Spread Tracker (debit and credit spreads) and Stock Portfolio tracker are both in development. The goal is one place for everything a retail options trader does.
CSV import is coming to Pro users in a future update. We're building broker-specific mappers so your Tastytrade, Schwab, and Webull exports import cleanly without manual cleanup.
Never. Your trade data is private to you — technically enforced at the database level, not just a policy. We earn revenue through optional subscriptions and affiliate partnerships with brokers, not by monetizing user data.

"I built the tool I always wanted."

I've been trading stocks for 20+ years. For most of that time I tracked everything in a spreadsheet — which worked, until it didn't. Formulas break, phones don't do spreadsheets well, and frankly nothing about a spreadsheet makes you want to open it after a long day.

I wanted something fast, mobile-friendly, and honest about my performance. Something that would show me my real progress — not the one I was telling myself in my head. TraderVoila is that tool. I use it every day, and I'm building every feature I've ever wished existed.

Now that my son is also trading stocks and options, I have also added educational tools like the Strategy Finder Tool to help newer traders understand their options better. I hope you'll enjoy these tools as much as I do!

TraderVoila is a free suite of tools built for retail options traders. Our flagship Wheel Tracker lets you log cash-secured puts and covered calls, track every position from open through assignment or expiration, and see your real income performance — win rate, average return, and monthly premium — in a clean dashboard that works on any device.

We're building toward a complete platform: a spread tracker for credit and debit spread traders, a stock portfolio tracker with covered call eligibility flags, and an options profit calculator. Everything is designed mobile-first because most traders check their positions on their phone, not at a desktop.

TraderVoila is built for retail traders who sell options for income — primarily wheel traders and spread traders, but also any investor who wants to track their positions more intentionally than a broker's default history allows.
